this is the first month in my property career tt things are gg downhill BIG TYM! not even 1 small deal sealed till date and my acct is depleting lyk mad. too many ppl's bday this mth till it's causing a damn big hole in my pocket nw. i need to close deals by next wk!!! :(

i had hardly any viewings for the past week. spent my week MJ-ing and drinking instead. sigh, this is bad. real bad.

my fri and sat were spent drinking lyk no tml. went beerfest-ing on fri evening. it was kinda an eye opener can. there were a large variety of beer and we each tasted different beers until we got alil tipsy. lols!!!

3 of us reached early and ordered 6 bottles of hennessys. the crowd trickled in from 9++ and thruout the night we finished 11 bottles! omfg. no wonder i was so drunk! =/

drank till 2++ before D sent me back. thk god hangover din visit me today.
after 2 massive partying nights, its really tym to work work work, close close close! otherwise im gg bankrupt anytym. =X

before the guests came in the evening, we went to the top level of mbs for our complimentary free flow cocktails. i din knw their version of cocktails are wines,champagnes,beers and hard liquor. FAINT! both of us were high before the clique reached! -.-
drink drank drunk till 2++ before everyone left. we KO immediately and went for our free brkfast before chking out. Nearly 15ppl turned up.thk god everyone enjoyed themselves ytd!

im back from trying bungy jumping,snorkelling,river rafting,elephant ride,ATV-ing,swimming @ waterfall and sun tanning @ phuket! all my once in a life tym experience and i gotta say it's really an eye opener for me. woohoo!

i hate my life nw. too much drama happening recently. sigh! Just as things between me and D finally stablised, K had to appear again and confessed abt his wrongdoings and regrets. 2010 had been a pretty challenging yr for me so far.Somehw despite all the setbacks and unhappiness tt i've encountered, I secretly find tt my thinking and temper did changed alot. :)

i still rmb-ed quitting my stable income job early this yr and decided to venture into the property world with zero knowledge abt the industry. thk god daren was nice enuff to partner up with me and guide me on stuffs tt i was supposed to knw. however, he only teaches me the basics and i only managed to learn more thru the hard way. tt's his way of teaching i supposed, nonetheless im still damn grateful to him! :)

i took 2mths to learn all those which i was supposed to knw. Thereafter,it was all on my own from april onwards. damn, i was super lost at tt pt of tym can! thk god for his constant motivation, i managed to earn so much more than my previous job for some mths.

no doubt the annual income for my current job is much higher than my previous one, bt i realised my expenses and "burden" increases as well. I find it so much easier to save up when i was in my previous company. =X

it's a v fulfilling yet bitter trade which im still considering whether to continue in the new yr or nt. oh well....

besides my job which makes me grow mentally, K is the next person which managed to make me tone down my temper so much. We have just gone our separate ways few days before our 7th mthiversary;v sad to accept the fact tt we can nv be with each other anymore. I hate him at tyms for being the unreasonable and egoistic guy;bt thinking back, i'm thankful i can tone dwn my temper bcuz of him! =/

all my close friends knew hw frequently we've been quarrelling and hw often we've been brking up and patching things bk. There are definitely sweet moments with him as well, and i was prolly the only one tt managed to see the other side of him. I'm sry i cldn't continue tolerating his temper, for nw i just wanna hope for a brand new yr w/o him anymore. sad, bt i knw i gotta move on.....

2011 is just round the corner. Had made my own list of resolution, hopefully i can really achieve some of them! =X

Cut down on partying/drinking sessions! i wanna stick to my "club-once-every-fortnight" rule.
Save enough to lessen my family's prob.
Learn a new language. Am still pondering between Jap or Canto. hahaha!

xmas come and go alil too fast this yr. i had fun celebrating it with my loved ones though! :)

only managed to do some last min shopping few days b4 xmas, am glad K & the girls love wad i got for them. you can nv guess wad i got for K! hahahaha! :p

met up with the girls for xmas eve dins @ concorde hotel;international buffet with free flow alcohol. woohoo, it was literally a night of sashimi,oyster and wine. yummy!! ton of fotos were taken,bt it was still nt uploaded in fb yet! -.-
everyone of us were kinda high when we left the restuarant ard 10++ & headed for 2nd rd @ dynasty nightclub. Had Martell to countdown with,leaving the girls drunk thereafter. LOL.
stayed there till 1++ b4 i cabbed down to BQ and find K. i was seriously intoxicated by then, had some beer with them b4 i decided to stop drinking for the night. =X
realised K was high by then and i had no choice bt to drive his car and send him back. tt night was full of road blocks and thk duapehkong for his blessings, i was nv asked to stop at any rd blocks. phewwwww! =/

only managed to slp ard 5am and damn, i spent my xmas with Mr Hangover as well. zzz! :(

ytd was my first experience of being caught in a damn bad jam! i nearly took 2.5hrs to travel from my place till MBS. tsk tsk tsk! thk god K was being such a dear to fetch me there, i nearly took a cab can! zzzz.

It was HSR's annual D&D @ the grand ballroom and we were all supposed to meet at 6pm. Who knws me,daren and benson only managed to reach ard 8:30pm. My hair nearly caught fire when i reached. The Jam was so terrible tt both me and K were supper frustrated thruout the journey. LOLS! =/

I was looking forward to a nice meal and programmes whole night long. Who knws, everything was so disappointing. The food sucks, the entertainment sucks, even the service wasn't tt fantastic. wth? we were all forced to pay $200++ to go and nth was up to standard seriously! -.-

I left ard 11pm while the gang were still waiting for lucky draws. Cabbed down to DF and finally met ass after 9483726253382yrs of nt meeting. HTHT with 1 bottle of hennessys,thereafter went up Mono to look for K.V sweet of him to travel down and waited for me to finish my session b4 sending me back. :))))

it's been ages since Mr Hangover paid me a visit. I literally wasted my whole afternoon in bed curing my hangover. :(((

K came and picked me in the late afternoon to settle some work issues b4 we met up with his gay partner for BKT @ beach road.SLURPS! wanted to catch a movie thereafter, bt my headache was not permitting me to go anywhere bt home! sighhh, think Im getting old alr. 1 day of partying is enuff to kill me. zzzzz!

September's a damn good month for me! to hell with august, u made me so broke! :(

Sept had been damn smooth sailing so far (i meant work wise), except for the constant sore throats,on off fevers and boliao quarrels with K. HAHAHAHA! had been sick for more than a week. My voice had literally changed completely, "sexy" to the max. tsk tsk. plus my flu joining in the fun! its scary to always see blood clots whenever i blow my nose. -.-
when i tot I was beginning to recover, headache had to tag along at the v last min. zzz! had been suffering from constant headaches few days back,K said i blew my nose too much? >.<

i so wanna get well soon. so many mooncakes are waiting for me in my fridge!! and my temper had been darn cranky recently when im sick + menses came too! K witnessed my foul-est mood ever & still quarrelled with me. kns!

on a happier note, work's pretty good for me in the month of september. I even met a "perfect" client few days back. :)))
Perfect in the sense whereby they are v easy going and simply listens to whatever you say. PLUS the good thing is you can just close them on the first viewing. PERFECT TO THE MAX, i lykeeee! :p
&&& the lady even calls and reminds me to make some honey water to soothe my throat,so tt i can get well soon and serve more clients next week. omg, totally work unrelated can! im so touched!!!!! T.T

slept till 2++ b4 waking up. pestered K to bring me to ECP for blading. i only bladed once and i recalled it seems fun, therefore i insisted him to teach me. hahahaha! we bladed till 6++ and i only managed to grasp how blading shld be. gonna try make it a weekly routine alr. tym to pick up a healthy sport and abandon my old unhealthy lifestyle!! hopes this interest would last long for me!! :DD
dins was with his extended family and therefore was movies for us to spend our sat night away. (i was just reading thru my archives and realise how drastic my sats had became. tsk tsk! )

today was so relaxing for the both of us. slept till our hearts' content b4 we woke up reluctantly. headed down IKEA to get our meatball cravings fixed. slurps!! walked ard and finally managed to get a couple of cute stools for myself! :p
had early dins with his mum @ bukit timah market b4 K came over my place to help me with the fixing of internet connection,setting up of my new stools etc. we even spent tym eating,watching tv and talking with my mummy. what a homely sunday. i likeeeeeee!! :))))

4 days of rest flew by just lidat. tml's monday. back to work,back to having stress again. arghhhhh! the tot of it dampens my mood immediately. :(

last few days were awesomeee!! it's almost as though i had a weekend getaway! :))))

as mentioned in my earlier post, K actually went to book a room @ MBS for our saturday stay. The room was so over rated considering there ain much fascinating things in it prolly except for the view. tt's all. $500+ for a room, gosh! SUPER overpaid can!

you get to choose the city view or the sea view. i forgot to take a look at the city view at night though, heard it's BEAUTIFUL! :(
oh, i gotta say the toilet's mad spacious as well. its almost lyk the size of my bedroom can.no joke!

anw we chked in on sat only ard 4++. bummed ard for awhile b4 proceeding up to the skypark for our swim. talking abt the infinity pool, it's nth except for a long 1.2m deep pool with lotsa ppl in it! we had our complimentary hsepours b4 gg back to the room,all within half an hr! -.-
bathed and changed to get ready for dins with K's family @ esplanade. had a sumptuous meal @ no signboard b4 heading over to selegie for rochor beancurd. went back MBS ard 11+ and the 3 of us (me,K and K's mum) paid $100 to go into "the casino" and tried our luck. :p

played for 2 hrs b4 the both of us impromptuly headed down to mono for drinks;literally squandered our winnings on a bottle of martell ++ a basket of chicken wings. HAHAHA!!
slept only ard 5++ and thk god for late chk out, we slept till nearly 1pm b4 washing up. shiokkkkkkk! :))))

to cut the story short, we spent our entire sunday in "the casino". mb only came out for awhile for lunch and dins only! LOLS. played till 11++ b4 we unwillingly cabbed back home. T.T

oh and this trip,we gotta thk MBS for sponsering a room for us, paying K's car servicing, paying my overdue credit card bills and giving us alittle bit more to spend these few days. damn grateful!! :D

fyi, K introduced me some random JB's roadside stalls selling finger foods! they have tons of varieties for you to choose. From mushrooms, to crabmeats,to fishballs,etc etc. You get to choose what you want to eat and they will fry it for you (you can choose to boil it yourself too). thereafter, the food MUST be eaten with their chilli. VERY VERY NICE,i tell you! especially the fried mushrooms. omggg, i've been craving for tt every night and had been pestering him to bring me there every alternate night. LOLs!
I sweared it's damn nice la. bt the downside is that the stall only opens from 11pm onwards. therefore, i find it super sinful! arghhhh! :(((((((((((

Saturday (07.08.2010)

woke up ard 9++ and K sent me down to meet mummy @ JP to settle our new housing loan b4 gg in JB for our BKT lunch! slurps~! it was an hr drive there and we were kinda disappointed with tt day's standard! :(
took 1 hr to drive back and by the tym we reached SG, its nearly 4pm alr! -.- K sent me home first while he went for his viewing. slacked at lil at home b4 gg for my lil sis's 21st bday cum family dins @ JE. gosh, its been ages since we all last gathered for a proper dinner. dins started at 6++ and K reached only at 7+!-.- thk duapehkong he clicked so well with my relatives! :)))
dins ended at ard 8++ and we went to meet eug nearby awhile for kopi b4 heading for IMM to settle some starhub thingy. Thereafter we headed back to his place for a 2nd round of dins b4 meeting ah seng for their lan games session. My first tym playing L4D2. I sweared its a v exciting game,bt i just simply can't stand the motion sickness tt comes tgt with it. goodness, i nearly puke my dinner out after playing the game for half an hr! >.<
and so, i spent the entire night resting on the computer table while the guys continue their game. i feel so LOUSY! blahs! :(((
went back ard 2++ and i turned in immediately;the puking just cldn't seems to subside. damn!

Sunday (08.08.2010)
woke up with K buying my fav oyster mee sua for lunch. yums!! :) slacked with him till evening & he sent me hm for a quick shower b4 gg bk his place for MJ session. 3 rds of MJ and it was 4++ by the tym we ended our games. thk god we won a fair bit and it was just nice to cover our intended expenses on national day! :p

Monday (09.08.2010)
both of us slept till 2++ b4 waking up relunctantly. tsk tsk! went bk to shower b4 picking up his mum and head down MBS tgt in the evening for a stroll. my first virgin trip to MBS, not lyk im gg into the casino, but just the shopping area's impressive enuff can! O.o
spent my national day evening walking ard with K and K's mum.we watched our first fireworks too. though it was a short 4mins, bt yet extremely beautiful this yr.HAHAHA!anw,we ended our stroll at MBS's coffeebean till 9pm b4 sending his mum back home. :)))
thereafter headed down bishan and met ah seng for our prawning session! 3 of us caught 30+ prawns within 1hr+. our catch were so much better than our previous visit 1 wk ago. the guys had to BBQ the prawns while i sit patiently waiting for K to BBQ and peel the prawns for me! much loved~!! :D
reached home ard 2am and i was having difficulty to slp can! can't believe 3 days of rest were over just lidat. v sad! :(

Tuesday (10.08.2010)
woke up in the morning and started with my follow ups and postings routine as usual! K was nice enuff to da bao lunch for me after his morning viewing b4 i commence my busy day ahead. viewings followed one after another today. officially ended everything only ard 5++ and i don't see any potential in any of today's viewings. sighhhhhh!!!
anw K's having his CEA exams tml and therefore we are not meeting tonight thus explains why im so free to blog today. LOL! i think im gonna marathon my long lost "desperate hsewifes" shows b4 turning in early tonight! QUITE SLEEPY even though its only 9:20pm nw! -.-

i was being v unproductive during the weekends. i skipped and cancelled all my farming/hyping sessions wanting to spend more tym with K. both of us have v v expensive hobby,i realised. drinking expenses alone is enuff to kill us! -.-
fri night was spent with K doing nth except for enjoying our hoegaardens and lychee wine thruout the night. oh, and i accompanied him for his fishing trip too. damn. it's such a boring activity, dun understand y pple can go crazy over fishing. O.o"

slept till our heart's content before waking up for my haircut @ FEP. my haircut lasted for a good whole 3 hrs and my butt literally aches aftertt. zzz!

i realised i tend to be v v slack during the end of every month. the funny thing's my eyelids tend to get super heavy every morning during month end. therefore, i always din managed to wake up on tym for my postings. (FYI, there's a timing for posting of adverts daily) tsk tsk! =X
oh, did i mentioned i just closed a deal with mediacorp last week? hehs! they actually chose my unit out of so many other agents. super cool can. its lyk they just immediately confirmed my unit during their first viewing. niceeeeeee! ^^
did paperworks for them in the afternoon and then went home to slack again b4 meeting K for movie to end our night. Inception was awesome, & leonardo's cute! :p

woke up ard 10++ for alil postings. went office to act hardworking since i've got no viewings at all. ended up met tiffany and K at TPY hub for late lunch ++ slacking instead! -.-
went back in the evening to wash up b4 heading over to wavehse tgt with K. its lyk a SOP on wed nights.
go wavehouse, guys play with water, girls gossip tgt, left sentosa ard 1++, go for supper, home.
both of us were so tired we actually KO 5 mins after reaching my place. LOL. =X

okayyy, today's so much better. i had at 2 viewings b4 i call it a day. lunch with K b4 gg home to do some paperworks. can't wait for fri to come. showflat's gonna start next week and i've been so so so NUA this week. dooom!! :(

& so, ytd was work with constant rain thruout the day. NICEEEEE! :( worked till evening b4 i trained down to orchard and met up with ming for kopi session. its been MONTHS since i last saw him lo. we literally chatted non stop from 6++ all the way till 9++ b4 K came and joined. i love these type of la kopi sessions. just bumming ard at coffee clubs with peeps and gossipped/update each other current's lives. AWESOME! :)))
went over boat quay for late dins with K b4 we headed down to "13 sisters" pub and find the clique.

met up with daniel,xiao ru,serene,serene's bf,ah seng and cindy. beer,chivas and martell to keep us occupied thruout the entire night. was supposed to stay till latest 1am b4 gg back. who knws, we only went back at 3++! -.-

waking up at 8am to meet client when you had a late night is super torturous!! i cld barely kept my eyes open thruout the morning and i prolly yawned closed to 100 tyms. =X
went back office to do my things till 4++ b4 heading home for a short nap. Now i feel so refreshed while blogging this. Gonna go wash up and prepare meet K for our "inception" movie date already. woohoooo!
P/s: i was supposed to farm tonight, bt im seriously getting alil sick of it alr. SELF declared no farming day for me today! :p

im so glad K changed alot for this r/s. thk god all is well now, guess the only issue bugging me now is his family! sighhhh! :(((((((

i had been wasting alot of tym on my residential issue lately. had been doing my farming from monday to thurs, every night w/o fail. find it v v time consuming and no results at all! as much as i wanna be motivated and brain wash everyone with the "we will reap what we sow" mentality, im not even convinced by the whole project! zzzz! -.-
had been neglecting K,friends and partying sessions BIG TYM! this is bad!! T.T

thursday was a pretty gd day for me. closed my first deal of the month,lyk finally! it was just couple of hundreds la, bt sufficient for me to get my momentum gg. to think i was still so worried for the past week, ranting to K and partner abt me having no sales at all. phewwww. farming as usual at night and went hm to put my car b4 heading down Shin's. K was with friends while i stayed at DK's table. drank and chatted with them till 3++ b4 i was dead tired and pestered K to go home. LOL.

if thurs was a gd day, den fri's even better for me. had 4 viewings at every hour and i actually closed 2 deals on the spot. awesome! making a trip down to dua peh kong monthly is so damn worth it! :p
slogged till evening b4 gg home to rest awhile. met up with K ard 10++ and we headed down butter fact tgt for bel's bday celebration.i don't knw if its me or wad, bt i actually got alil high drinking just vodka tt night! K said prob its bcuz i din ate anything for the entire day, bt seriously i secretly think my alcohol intake's getting worst la. sighhhh! T.T

as for today, its a very rare day off w/o having to think of work. its just a normal day gg out on a date with K. went shopping and i spent nearly $200 on heels alone. retail therapy really works and is making me feel alil emotionally balanced now. hehs! :p
okayyyy,the whole world's enjoying outside now except me. got to slp now and wake up at 8am for work tml. hope everyone don't enjoy tonight's partying. pffffft!
